It's a MoRTH-issued document confirming your vehicle has been deposited with a registered RVSF for scrapping. Once issued, the RVSF becomes legally liable for the vehicle.
We recommend it so you can receive the CoD directly, but pickup can also be arranged through an authorized representative.
